I thought you had figured it out yourself. At least, that's what you wrote in your previous thread.
I assume that 'the Lenovo OEM contains 3 ISO files' means that you've downloaded 3 ISO files from Lenovo that have been described as what you need to restore your laptop to its 'factory conditions.'
You can use Rufus with the first ISO file to create a bootable USB flash drive. If your laptop can boot from a USB flash drive (which as I recall from the previous thread might not be the case), you can then use this flash drive to install Windows.
After you've done that, use an 'archiver' application -- I recommend 7-zip (it's free and quite versatile) -- to extract the contents of the two 'data' ISO files to new folders (one for each ISO file) on the USB flash drive (assuming that it has sufficient space).
Get 7-zip here: https://www.7-zip.org/

Suppose that I've already created a bootable flash drive from the first ISO file and it is connected to my computer as drive I:
I have an ISO file for installing Microsoft Office 2010 and I want to include that on the same flash drive. The Office DVD isn't bootable.

Windows 7 ISO FILE to USB THINKPAD X220
I recently got a new SSD and was hoping to boot windows 7 from my USB onto it (went to Microsoft store and they loaded the ISO file onto it for me) however that failed. After contacting windows support they said that I needed to contact Lenovo in order for them to give me the specific ISO file since I have the OEM product key on my laptop, however, the lenovo customer service is TERRIBLE now and I cannot contact anybody! Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
